Can beginners join?
Absolutely. I tailor every session to your level, so you will feel comfortable and supported from the start. Even if it is your first time in a gym, it makes no difference. I am here to do it with you.
Wear comfortable gym clothes that let you move freely, along with supportive trainers. Bring a water bottle and a towel to stay hydrated and fresh during the session.
What do I wear?
Macros are your protein, carbs, and fats—the nutrients that fuel your body, build muscle, and burn fat. I provide simple, personalised targets so you know exactly what to eat to reach your goals without overthinking it.
